Description
D-Max AW-68 Hydraulic Oils (GROUP III) are high-performance anti-wear hydraulic oils designed to meet a wide range of hydraulic equipment requirements. They have been developed to meet the stringent requirements of demanding hydraulic systems using high-pressure, high-performance pumps as well as to handle the critical requirements of other hydraulic system components such as closed clearance servo valves and high precision numerically controlled (NC) machine tools. Formulated with high-quality base oils and a super-stabilized additive system that neutralizes the build-up of corrosive materials and designed to work with systems operating in severe conditions where high levels of wear protection and film strength are required, yet formulated to perform their, where wear-resistant hydraulic oils are generally recommended.
Application:
D-Max AW-68 hydraulic oils are designed to provide excellent protection in mobile and stationary hydraulic vane, piston, and gear pumps and in high-performance industrial applications as well as environmentally sensitive areas. Suitable for use in all kinds of hydraulic systems working in the most difficult conditions, such as machine tools, injection molding machines, presses, and other industrial or mobile equipment. It is also used in many other applications where a universal high-performance anti-wear lubricant is the first choice: low-load gears, plain and roller bearings, air compressors, servo motors, and control systems equipped with fine filtration systems.
Properties:
The D-Max Hydraulic range provides excellent oxidation resistance allowing extended oil and filter change intervals. Their high level of anti-wear properties and superior film strength characteristics result in exceptional equipment performance that not only results in fewer breakdowns but helps improve production capacity. Their controlled demulsibility allows the oils to perform well in systems contaminated with small amounts of water while easily separating large amounts of water.
Performance features and benefits:
High wear protection ensures maximum equipment life.
Excellent thermal stability preventing sludge formation even at high temperature.
Very good oxidation stability ensures a long life of the liquid.
The quality reserve maintains performance characteristics even under demanding operating conditions and extended replacement intervals.
Excellent hydrolytic stability preventing filter clogging.
Excellent protection against rust and corrosion.
Good anti-foaming and air release properties due to the use of silicon-free components.
Good demulsibility ensuring rapid water separation.
Reduced maintenance and operating costs.
Remarkable filterability even in the presence of water.
